Squirrels Join Us

Squirrel Scouts are the youngest section of the Scout movement in the UK, offering fun, adventure, and learning for children aged 4 to 6 years old. Launched by The Scout Association, Squirrel Scouts help young children take their first steps into the world of Scouting, building confidence, making friends, and developing key life skills in a safe and supportive environment.

Through exciting activities, games, crafts and outdoor adventures, Squirrels learn about teamwork, creativity, and kindness. Every Squirrel is part of a Drey, and the programme is specially designed to be age-appropriate, inclusive, and engaging.

Whether it's exploring nature, listening to stories, or earning their first badges, Squirrels are always learning through play. Squirrel Scouts are a brilliant way for children to grow, laugh, and discover the joy of Scouting from an early age
